My device was working I have a riutor an modem together ihave Comcast with it it was working fine then all the sudden the volume didn't work I called Comcast an 4 people told me to do all stuff now nothing works cam u please help me get it hooked up again

I have no idea whats going on here.
- what device do you have?
- what actual issue are you having? Saying it doesn’t work doesn’t tell us much. Is the wifi broadcasting but you can’t connect? Can device connect but say “connected, no internet”? Do wired devices work? What’s actually going on?
- when you say they had you do some stuff? What is some stuff? we don’t know what you and they did so saying they did stuff is pretty vague
- was xfinity able to see it connected on the modem side?
