G36 Modem showing no wifi, won't reset & stuck with solid blue light

Out of nowhere, I got kicked off all my devices and my wifi just disappeared. Though, okay, maybe I should just reset it, but when I try to do 30-30-30 factory, nothing happens. Any ideas?

Could you let us know if there were any changes to the LED light status while the factory resetting the modem?

If there are no changes to the LED light, I request to disconnect all the cables from the modem, including the power cord. Wait a minute and reconnect it again.

Also, I suggest checking the IPV4 address on the computer or laptop that is connected to the modem.

It’s been 4-5 hours and nothing. It’s just showing a solid Blue Light but won’t reset and is dead in every other way. Luckily, I still have my old trusty Docsis 3.0 Netgear C7000 was plug and play when my 14 month old Arris took a dump or I’d be at Best Buy in the morning. One thing I know for sure, if this G36 that set me back nearly $300+ is dead, it won’t be another Arris. Haha
