I need an Arris DOCSIS 3.1 dual-band 2.4/5GHz WiFi cable modem, as recommended by Service Electric. Not sure which model offers those features. Can you point me to the right one(s)? Thanks!

G36, G34, G54, SBG8300, SBG7580AC are the modem has dual band with Docsis 3.1 compatibility. For more details you can check on surfboard.com and we would also suggest you to check the device compatibility with your service provider before getting modem for setup.
