Can't Access Admin Portal / 192.168.0.1. Error uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I can’t connect to the admin portal to configure my arris SBG6782. Every browser now blocks TSL 1.0 which the modem uses for the admin portal. There’s no longer a way to continue past or allow access to an insecure page. 

 

This is a common issue as the below users all have the same issue. Forum and chat support only direct to restart the modem, factory reset, and or disconnect / reconnect the coaxial cable, none of which fix the problem.

I don’t use android, so I can’t use opera mini. 

The direct ethernet connection isn’t working. That’s why I’m trying to access my settings to begin with. 

I’ve already tried disconnecting the coax, and reconnecting.
