G34 appears connected to WIFI but no internet access

New G34 WIFI 2.4 and 5.0 both appear in mobile devices (laptop, iphones) WIFI settings, but no internet service is actually provided.

I have: 

  1. connected to GUI and GUI show devices are connected. connected via mobile app and ethernet.
  2. Modem is activated by Xfinity (Mediacomm) and they see it.
  3. Tried rebooting x3 - no change.
  4. Tried factory reset - no change.

Bad WIFI Router? About to return this overly-expensive model...

Could you please provide the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you are subscribed to? Also, could you let us know the LED light status on the G34?
