SB8200 Modem will not connect to internet. Need help getting Arris to honor the warranty.

SB8200 bought around Oct. 2022. Still in warranty. Will not connect to internet. Power light and second light are on, third light comes on and blinks twice then goes off, fourth light never comes on. Operated very hot before this. Dropped out several times during my internet session and had to reset power to correct. Need someone to help me replace modem. I worked with an Arris tech for a long time on 06/23/23. Called and had a technician come out and check my internet. He said there was nothing wrong. No luck! He installed a modem off his truck and told me to check back with Arris. HELP!

Ditto.  Good luck in getting Arris to honor their warranty.  Certainly appears the SB8200 is a lemon!  Lots of the same complaints about this issue here on this forum but also in the Amazon reviews for the SB8200.  I’ve been an Arris customer for over 20 years, but will never ever buy another one of their products again.

I have this problem too.  Technician’s modem worked fine with our cables attached.  We thought we had a dud and just repurchased after only having had the previous one for 6 months.  This one connected for a week.  Now, nothing.  First two lights generally solid, third blinks. No connection.
