connectivity issues internet Arris Model S33

I am getting disconnected multiple times a day for a couple minutes at a time.  The light is staying blue the entire time.  This is happening on a hardwired device.

Do you have a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs? 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
