Every Windows device in my home, two work laptops, a desktop using Wifi, and a hardwired desktop all will show “Connected, No Internet” for several minutes when first booting up or waking from sleep. The Xfinity tech that came out confirmed the signal is excellent where it is coming into the modem, and I have had the router replaced which leads me(and the tech) to believe its a modem issue. I have tried connecting directly to the modem to register its warranty but it wouldn’t let me and the ARRIS support site kept showing as unavailable. I just want to submit for a replacement.
