Is there a way to diable Wi-Fi on the modem?

Best answer by SURFboard Moderator

Yes, you can login to the modem GUI or interface to disable Wi-Fi option on your modem.

Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.  Enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address box, and press the Enter key.  The https:// Redirect page will appear.

The Surfboard Web Manager is begin redirected to a more secure connection, click the Proceed button to continue.  The Gateway > Login page will appear.

Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > 2.4 GHz Radio > select disable and save. Repeat the same for both 5G Radio

If you use the surfboard central app you can login to the app and disable Wi-Fi under network option.
