G34 not showing connected devices and intermittent internet connectivity issue

The surfboard app is only showing 2 devices on my network which is not correct. App appears not to update or show/display any correct information making it essentially useless. 
 

Also experiencing connection issues including devices randomly disconnecting from the network then not able to locate G34 to connect. 
 

extremely frustrating and poor customer experience at this point.

In this case  you can try uninstalling and re installing app and check for the device list, or you can check on the web interface to check for the connected device list for the confirmation.
