I have an Arris Surfboard SBG8300 and the blue online button is blinking as well as the green WiFi button is also blinking. My WiFi is not working and I’ve unplugged it for 30s and did a factory reset and nothing is working. What should I do?

Could you please let us know the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you subscribed to?
Are the network names broadcasting?
Is this your first time setting up the gateway? If so, have you contacted your internet service provider to activate it?
