My Arris-G34 has a solid orange light on the front it is usually green. No devices are able to pick my modem up. I have unplugged the devices and I have reset the device and nothing is working someone please help what is wrong with these Arris-G34 modems.

After resetting the modem, the led light status is still amber. So I suggest you to check the IP address through direct connection.
If the IP address is not valid, you can visit www.arris.com/consumersupport for Warranty inquiries.
