LED stus light.

Forum|alt.badge.img

Years ago, when I set up my S33, I turned the LED off. Now I want it back on. I was mistaken that a hard reset would do that. I'm kind of surprised that it didn't.

I downloaded and installed the web manager. No joy there because the app can't find the modem (?!?).

So... What's the trick?

I got it. I wasn’t holding the reset button long enough. 10 seconds or until the LED flashes. Good to go.

Thanks for taking the time to reply with your suggestion. Unfortunately, as I said in my OP, the app fails to find the modem. Even when I try to reach with the IP, it just times out. I know I had succeeded in the past. And that’s why I’m perplexed by the reset button, not doing a hard reset. Which I’m willing to do rather than waste peoples time. If only I could figure out how it’s done.

I just tried using Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on top of Chrome. Still no joy.
