Having WIFI issues and internet provider says all is well in their end.  Bought a new SBG7400AC2 and WIFI is showing up but is VERY slow and unresponsive.  All the lights are on as they should be.  Any ideas to help resolve?

Could you please provide the name of your internet service provider (ISP) and the speed plan you are subscribed to? 

Also, could you let us know if the slow speed you're experiencing is happening with your Wi-Fi connection, your wired connection, or both?
