Surfboard app won't let me add additional satellites to my w133 mesh system. I have looked through all the previous questions like mine and the only thing that anyone says is to reinstall the app. I've done that over 20 times and 20% of the time I have to completely reinstall my network. This app doesn't work! Is there anyone out there with intelligent rational answers that don't involve the delete and reinstall the app ?

To confirm, you have the W133 setup, which includes two W31 routers. One should be configured as the main router and the other as the satellite. To clarify, if you are trying to add another satellite to your existing system?
Make sure to that the both the main router and the satellite is solid blue which indicates the setup is complete.
When adding an additional satellite, make sure that it is placed near the main router. The new satellite should be rapidly flashing blue and white, indicating it is in pairing mode.

Yes, and it took forever to just get the main one set up. Everytime I open the app I have to go through setup again. Most of the time Bluetooth won't connect without resetting the main router. This kind thing is unacceptable in this day and age. When the app does come up it won't let me add a satellite, doesn't matter if it's sitting on top of the main one or on the moon. Is there anyway to make this work or did I just buy junk? I'm about to throw it in the trash and buy something reputable. Apparently it costs $50 bucks a day to get real support.

This is not the best answer, it isn't even an answer. Is there anyone that knows anything about this barely usable app and equipment?
