My modem randomly went offline last night. I have reset it multiple times both last night and today with no luck- tried unplugging as well. The modem itself appears to be connecting to devices but the modem will not connect to the internet at our apartment. No one else is having internet issues so I’m unsure what to do next.
In the title, you mentioned the model as W30, which is a mesh router. If the W30 loses internet connection, we need to isolate the issue by checking if the modem has internet connectivity. Could you please provide the modem's model number?
