hooking up my tv - SBG6580-2

I’m just trying to get my tv working with my sbg6580-2. Everything is hooked up but when I turn on the tv it says no signal and the screen is blue.

How is it connected?

Did you contact the tv manufacturer? 

What tv is it?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
