Arris G34 Change Wi-Fi credentials

I just installed an ARRIS model #G34

The connection was done through Comcast. 

All is set, I got the Surfboard App to get the new WiFi name and password. I was unable to do so. Can you help. Pilar

When you connect your devices to the default Wi-Fi, do you get an internet connection?

You can change the Wi-Fi network in two ways:

  1. Using the Surfboard Central app: Set up the app using the default Wi-Fi network.

  2. Using the web interface (GUI): Access the GUI through a web browser to configure the gateway

To use the web interface (GUI) method, please visit the following link to access the GUI. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to create a password. After that, you can change the network credentials.
