Since replacing my previous modem with the arris surfboard there is constant buffering

upgraded our internet

using streaming services 

 

what modem/router do you have? 

what actual speeds do you pay for? 

What device is buffering? 
Is it hardwired in? Running over wireless?
If over wireless, is it connected to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz?

did you try changing the wifi channels? Maybe there’s interference
