Password

there isn’t just a model 32. What actual model do you have? 

the login is admin and the default password is usually either password  or the last 8 of the serial number. 

Actually The Box has Model G32 on it so what am I to to think.  My finger must not have pressed the “G” hard enough.  Still how can I personalize my password

I don’t know of a G32 from arris either. A G34 and G36.  

Might be worth looking at the label a little closer and not the box.
