unable to change the Wi-Fi password

I could not change the default password: i tryied the following as a new pw

o-wfft[WDsyD19

so i think all password rules are ok

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for the same

Could you please help us with the modem model number to help you specifically. you can change the WIFI credentials on the modem GUI or interface by logging in.

Thanks for you help, i know the way to change the pass, but the new password is not accept: the modelname is: TG442
