My G34 is flashing green. Reset didn’t work, and internet provider says it’s not getting a signal from my modem

In this case to test the modem you can perform hard reset on the modem without coax cable then also try accessing modem GUI on direct connection or the device connected to the modem GUI using Wi-Fi connected device to test the modem. If still same issue persist you can reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if the modem is under warranty.
