When I enter 192.168.0.1, my browser starts to be redirected to a site.

I get the message below is what is the URL I am being redirected to so I can enter it in Windows internet option in the control panel?

“we could not verify the certificate: reason = untrusted”

Mark

usually theres an option to bypass it/proceed. come times you have to click a dropdown/hyperlink to see that option

Usually perhaps, but not on my system.

If you are unable to access the GUI web portal, I would suggest using different browsers and different devices.

Also, let me share the link to proceed with an untrusted alert on the GUI web portal.

I have sought information, had already read the the article. I have cleared the cookies and cache tried different browsers.

What I wanted was the URL of the site I was being forwarded to.

To put it in Trusted site, this done through the Control Panel, Internet option, Security tab, clicking on sites, highlighting Trusted site and adding in the URL.

When I used the app, it was difficult because I set my font size to fairly large so I did not need to grab my readers (I am 68) the images on the app did not appear because the app does adjust to font size. Probably not something that occurred to the writers of the app.

I have not used the app to establish a Web GIU yet because I had my font set at a larger the standard size, I have discerned that in order to login on my PC I will have to be signed out of the app.

I understand the change in the setup is for better security, the process though does not to be well documented in the information with the modem/router.

It has been a confusing journey so far, I will continue.
