I bought the G34 to replace the old modem/router that I had because Xfinity assured me that was something wrong with it. Today I spent another 2 hours trying to fix the same issue, now with the G34, and had no luck. They say is an issue with the router so I’m here to see if there is any solution for this issue. Wifi Channel is NOT the issue. I went through many troubleshooting procedures and none of them work. My console is also having issues with the Nat-Type with both the routers I had.

In this case to help you further and to isolate the issue could you please provide the following details

what is your Current speed plan?

what ethernet cable you are using for direct connection?
Are you using separate router connected to G34?

can you please check the cable signal level on the modem GUI to work on this case further by following the steps mentioned on the below article.
