I am trying to connect to my WiFi but unable to connect to both 2.4 and 5.
When trying to sign in on the app, it tells me to connect to the networks but am unable to. My ethernet works fine, but can not figure out what to do.

Could you factory reset the modem and connect the device with default Wi-Fi credentials which is at the bottom of the modem.

The WiFi has also been setup before but when logging onto the app it tells me to activate my setup again
