I’ve an old TECKIN device that works only with Wi-Fi 5. I want to turn off the Wi-Fi 6/802.11ax mode of the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi on my surfboard G34.

I tried connecting my TECKIN plugs but they wont register on Wi-Fi 6 network

To connect the TECKIN device to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi please change the security mode from WPA2/WPA3 Mixed Personal(AES)(Recommended) to WPA2-PSK(AES).

Please follow the steps for the same :

Login to the web manager page:192.168.0.1 with the username: admin and password: password (if not customized) 

At the gateway page select the connection and go to the Wi-Fi click on networks towards the right side select the Primary Home Wi-Fi Network and go to the edit section of G34 (2.4GHz) and change the WPA2/WPA3 Mixed Personal(AES)(Recommended) to WPA2-PSK(AES).
