Won’t let me login even tho I’m using the correct password and username. From my app

You’re trying to log in through the app or through the browser?
I tried both neither way works login in.
Did you try factory resetting and using the defaults for logging in through the browser?
No I haven’t but will try first thing tomorrow morning. Let u know if it works thank you
