I have a Surfboard app for our internet modem at our permanent home. We just purchased a new arris modem for our temporary home and I can’t seem to open a new app because it recognizes the one I already have for a different modem.
I have a different email address I can use but it won’t give me an option it just opens it up to the one I already have.

You can sign out and then sign in again using a different email address to register the new modem.
Or you could simply use the browser based method for setup and management
