I am trying to activate my arris surfboard G34.
It is connected to Internet cable and electric (overnight)

My provider (Breezeline) said wifi is definitely being supplied to my cable.
Breezeline said I need to have Arris activate the surfboard G34 modem.
I got as far as create new account (selected user name, email and password)

I can’t figure out what to do next to activate the modem.
I have been working with provider for 3 days and today they said Arris has to activate the modem.
Please  help

Since you are trying to activate the modem, let me help you with the instructions.

After connecting cables such as power cord and co-axial cable, I would suggest activating the modem with ISP by providing an HFC MAC address or trying with self-activation with the optimum site/mobile app.

ISPs are the ones who provide signals to the modem, so they can activate the modem.
