I’ve had a x5042 Mesh Extender fitted in my house yesterday, but about an hour after it was fitted the green light goes out on the Extender, so I had another one fitted today, but the green light on this also goes out after about an hour
My internet strangely seems to be working fine even after the green light goes out

ARRIS supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
+41If you read the manual for it, the LED turns off after 10 minutes.
