surfboard w30 where can I get the configuration app

Please provide me a link to download a app that configures the board w30

I have android system

If you have for another system please too

Really appreciated .please send links

I found on play store a surfboard central but there's no model board w30 that's why I need to know where download or what donwload from Playstore

Hello felipe,

As you are unable to access the model board of W30 .

If you are using the cable modem to connect to the W30 , Follow the link below :

If you are using the Wi-Fi cable modem to connect to the W30, Follow the link below

Note: On the select your device below : choose Surfboard Max not the Surfboard Modem the ISP cable connected without Wi-Fi

Thanks in advance i work repairing fixing computers on mexico. someone has in his house the surfboardtable and want that i configure ( it's my job )

Here is What i do is this i open the app and i click on app on

Get started

Continue

I chose surfboard max

And this all the models that the app show me ( Android app )

Models on pictures

And what i see on The surfable label says w30

So no option for

I add pictures

I wonder if I have to pick any of the models that app shows even it doesn't say w30

This is the label on device it says w30 but theres no w30 model on app

Hi felipe,

Kindly choose the model number for W30 is Max Plus 7800.
