arris b789 Unable to access the GUI portal and it shown as unsupported browser

when I log in to the router, I get this message.

The version of Chrome you are using is unsupported. Your Gateway's web interface has been tested to work with the minimum version: 70.0.3538.110.
I’m using the newest version of Chrome.

Chrome is up to date

Version 126.0.6478.183 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I don't understand the problem is, why is the newest version is not supported.

The modem number which you have provided is not their in our supported devices list so could you please double check for the Arris modem model number again to assist you further.
