Arris TM822 router, no dial tone on landline optimum phone system

I purchased the same TM822 router and when i install it, there is no dial tone on my phones. When i put optimums tm822 router back phones work. Can someone help?

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for further assistance.
