Cannot start Arris VIP4302 when changing service plan with the provider

I hope someone can help me. I cannot have my VIP4302 start after I changed my fiber plan with the local service provider (STC Bahrain). My TV account with them is the same and I can receive it on any e-device but not by VIP4302. the device starts and asks for account number and password but then it gives me a screen “initializing”.  the screen goes on like this for days. I contacted the service provider and they told me that they are no longer provide any technical support for this device. For me it is now a junk useless piece but I like its quality. 

Any idea about how to make it receives from open sources?

Hello Ismail,

We understand VIP4302 is currently not working after changing it in to fiber plan , sorry for the inconvenience .

Also, we don't support VIP4302 , so request to contact ISP for further trouble shooting .
