Breezeline told me to update the firmware for my SB6121 modem. I cannot find any source for it on here or anywhere. Any ideas?

In general, the ISP controls software updates to connected modems. This is an older DOCSIS 3.0 modem and is no longer supported by Breezeline, so they won’t provide the update. Arris does not provide firmware directly to consumers.
