Hello, I have an older SB6141 that came with an old Cox Internet subscription that I still use, I have no problem connecting to my phone or laptops but when I try to connect to my SmartTV it tells me my password is wrong (my password is not wrong). I just purchased a new TV today hoping to alleviate the issue and I’m running into the same problem even through the Google Home setup.

What is the problem here? is my router outdated?

Thank you for any help or insight.

I don’t think it has anything to do with your router. I use an SB82000 which is newer, Google home, Google routers. Just to confirm, you can access WiFi using a specific SSID and password that works for everything but the smart TV? You’ve gone in and checked via Google password manger and so on, I assume. I’m not recognizing the pattern here.
