HI, the SBG10 modem will not connect to my work computer. All other devices are connected without incident. I’m using the factory password and on the computer, it says the password is invalid. It’s a brand-new computer. My IT department has reset/updated all drivers. It still won’t connect. I have comcast and I’ve already called them, and everything is fine on their end. Help!

Usually, work computers have certain restrictions in place. Since you’ve confirmed that all your other devices are connected and you've already tried using the default password, it’s possible that your network password may have been changed. If that’s the case, I recommend using the updated password to connect your computer
