G36 Smart Device keep dropping off.

I cannot connect to support from the email you sent me; my product is still under warranty.

The device cannot keep my smart home devices visible and online in the home.  It has intermittent connection issues all day. Xfinity cannot update the device. It does not work for me. Also, getting in touch with you all is very difficult. I have supported your products for years but this device makes me not want to anymore. Let me know if you need my contact information.

Could you please provide the speed plan you have subscribed to from your internet service provider? Also, does the internet drop only on smart devices, or does it affect all devices connected to the network?

If it affects all devices, does the issue occur only on Wi-Fi, or does it also happen with hardwired connections?
