S33v2 on Astound

Reboots at least 5 times a day since 1/1/25

ISP tech came out and replaced with their modem. 

Everything works great now 

Will never buy Arris again.

Basically the moderator is saying to call support because it might need to be replaced. It can’t be replaced through the forum.
