I just activated my new surfboard modem S33 and my computer internet is working fine but my apple tvs are not even though they show connected to ethernet. Can you help with this?

The S33 is a modem only device. It will only connect to 1 device for most isps.
What router do you have?
It needs do go modem---->router---->devices because ISP’s only supply 1 public ip address. the router takes that address and assigns devices private ip addresses (simplified version).
