The w31 doesn’t have a browser based gui. Its app only.

And the modem side would be at 192.168.100.1

Appreciate that. I did get the app. Once in there it says I have low speed. My ISP is Comcast & have 1000mb high speed (supposedly) I read the several ways to improve speed but my desktop is hard wired, ethernet- so router & modem has to be connected to that. In other words, I can't move them any where. The room they're in does have clear path (basically). I unplugged router & modem & reconnected. That didn't do anything. I read might need to reset factory settings.

My question is, will that throw all my setting off with Comcast or any of my other settings, etc.?

Thx for help, if you have time.
