What version do I have? The info page shows "NA". How do I perform an update?

Firmware depends on the ISP as all certify different versions for their service. so you won’t find a list of what is current. And the firmware is part of the provisioning from the ISP. So if its working, it should be fine.

Navigate a web browser to the 192.168.100.1 IP address. Click the “Device Status” button located immediately below the password entry text box. This should show you the device specification and Firmware Version.

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
