S34 newly activated

I just got setup with Xfinity tech support replaced out SB6190 for S34.  Everything works on the modem to PC but when adding to my router it will not connect.  Thoughts?  I have a Firewalla Gold and I have deleted the network and rebooted all setup with DHCP.  Trying to avoid factory reset too many rules created on my network.

After ensuring that the modem is directly connected to the computer and has an internet connection, connect only the router to the modem and power cycle both the modem (S34) and the router. Then, check if the connection works through the router.

While the S34 has 2x ethernet ports, only 1 device can be connected to it from xfinity because they only assign a single public ip address. so if you’re computer is working, nothing else will. 

Disconnect everything from it, power it off for a couple minutes, boot it back up, then connect the router to it.

Thank you

But it came down to factory resetting my router.  All of those suggestions didn’t work for me and it’s something I will need to report to Firewalla on what  happened.
