While the S34 has 2x ethernet ports, only 1 device can be connected to it from xfinity because they only assign a single public ip address. so if you’re computer is working, nothing else will.
Disconnect everything from it, power it off for a couple minutes, boot it back up, then connect the router to it.
After ensuring that the modem is directly connected to the computer and has an internet connection, connect only the router to the modem and power cycle both the modem (S34) and the router. Then, check if the connection works through the router.

But it came down to factory resetting my router. All of those suggestions didn’t work for me and it’s something I will need to report to Firewalla on what happened.
