I recently installed an S33. Activation with surfboard central was fine and had no issues with xfinity.  Internet is working fine. 

The app gives an error when going to the network section that has lasted for several days.

"We are experiencing an issue with our Back-Office services. Please try again later"

Attempting the network scan gives me a never ending progress wheel. It never completes. 

I have factory reset the modem, no settings have been changed, app has been reinstalled.  Issue persists. 

Same issue here! Very frustrating. 


Could you try to setup the SBC app on different mobile phone with different email address.
