My new modem will.not connect

Could you let us know if are you able to connect internet now? 

If still not connect the modem directly to the computer let us know the IPV4 address in order to assist you further.

Won’t connect? To your ISP? To your router? Any errors? What is showing in the Status and the Event Log? 

I use: SB8200 > Google WiFi > 2 D-Link DGS-108 > 4 Google WiFi with ethernet backhaul.
