My ethernet port on my SB6183 doesn't work. I try to connect it to my laptop and it just doesn't connect. I'm not sure exactly what to do as the wifi works fine. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please try using different ethernet cable and perform hard reset on the modem by following the steps mention on the below article without the coax cable on direct connection without router then check the ethernet light on the cable connected to the port and if still no internet you need to go for new modem.
