The internet was down with Cox yesterday.  So I unplugged everything .  Coax, blue internet cable and power.   Half hour later got text that Cox was working on internet issues.  I have 3 blue int cables, and 2 coax.  Of course I stupidly did not mark when disconnected.  Now don't know which ones.  Any ideas and my modem turns on but 2nd light just blinks.  Never turned solid.  How do I know which cables and/ or could my 4 year modem have gone bad?

Hi Heybertaz,

Let me help you with the Network Connection: Please connect as follows:

Co-axial from Wall <> connect to modem Co-axial which is just above the power  (at the back of the modem) <> connect ethernet cable (RJ45) from the ethernet port(at the back of the modem)  to the WAN port of the Router <>

Let us know if this helps.
