Have a surfboard SB6190 that seems to be dropping the incoming Spectrum signal between it and my tp-link wireless router. Talked to Spectrum, they swear their incoming signal is steady and not dropping. Firmware on the router is up to date. Any suggestions on how to remedy this situation? Thank you.

Is this issue happening on the modem direct connection or is this on the Wi-Fi connected devices are affected? To isolate the issue could you please monitor the connection for next 24hrs on direct connection and also need to check the cable signal level on the modem GUI by following the steps mentioned on the below article.
