I keep getting redirected to website 192.168.100.1 to sign in, but every time I go to the website it only shows the Status, Product information and the rest of the website so I’m not able to access my internet.
Edit: when accessing the website, it shows Status, Product Information, Event Log, Addresses, Configuration, Help.
None of the tabs show where to log in including the Help tab.

SB6190 is the cable modem, and it will work only through hardwired connection. Please connect the modem to computer through ethernet cable and check the internet access.
Since SB6190 is the cable modem, there is not much configuration in it. You can check only basic information about the product by login the GUI web portal.
