I need a username and password to activate my modem.. I don't speak English.. please help

You don’t need a user/name password to activate it, just to log into it. 

the majority of arris products initiall login info is:

username: admin

password: password

 

what device do you have?

Current setup: Netgear CM2000-->Netgear RBKE963B-->2.5gig tp-link switch
